Strategy and public transformation consulting, advising public and institutional decision makers for 40 years on infrastructure, mobility, housing and public policy
About
Mensia has spent 40 years advising public and institutional decision makers on strategy, action and evaluation, working across infrastructure, mobility, housing, social cohesion and public sector performance. I was brought on by design studio Hypersthène to handle the full Webflow integration of Mensia's new site, built from their validated Figma designs. That covered six core pages plus a CMS driven template for their intervention areas, all fully responsive and true to a sober, elegant art direction, with scroll animations and hover interactions built to feel understated rather than flashy, in keeping with a public policy consulting firm.
Process
Integrated Hypersthène's validated Figma designs across six core pages plus legal and technical pages, fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile. Set up a CMS template for the "domaines d'intervention" section, structured with collections and dynamic fields. Layered in the animations defined in the art direction, scroll triggers, progressive reveals, hover effects, keeping everything sober and performant to match Mensia's tone. Closed out with technical SEO, GA4 and a cookie banner via Axeptio, final testing, and a quick Webflow back office training for the team.
Results
Delivered a polished, CMS driven site for Mensia's 40 year old consulting practice, giving their team full autonomy to manage intervention areas and content without touching code.
"Thibaut was a real ally on this project: organization, deadline management, autonomy, efficiency. The site was very well built in Webflow, and he stayed flexible when it came to fixes. Thanks Thibaut, looking forward to next time."
