About
Matim Luxury International curates a rare selection of properties in Corsica, where island authenticity meets the demands of luxury, spanning sales, seasonal rentals, concierge and international property search. I was brought on by Agence Kinna to take their Figma designs live in Webflow, pixel perfect across all 7 pages, built Client First for a clean, maintainable codebase. Beyond the front end, I structured the CMS to power dynamic property listings (sales and rentals), connected the site to their Apimo CRM through Growth AI's n8n automation, and set up full FR/EN localization, so every new listing flows straight from their CRM into a polished, on brand page.
Process
Started with pixel perfect integration of Kinna's Figma designs across all 7 pages, importing the full design system and structuring the code Client First for long term maintainability, with responsive design and GSAP powered micro-interactions throughout. Built out CMS collections for both properties for sale and seasonal rentals, with structured fields for reference, price, surface, rooms, location, status, gallery and linked agent, plus dynamic templates for property and rental listing pages. Coordinated with Growth AI to map their Apimo CRM into the Webflow CMS via n8n, so new listings sync automatically and contact forms route leads straight into the CRM. Finished with FR/EN localization, domain and SSL setup, cross browser testing, and a month of post launch support.
Results
Delivered a pixel perfect, multilingual luxury real estate site with a fully dynamic property catalog synced live to Matim's CRM, ready to showcase their exclusive Corsican and international listings.
